Lynn Droke

Mr. Oliver “Lynn” Droke, age 78 passed away Thursday, June 20, 2019 in the Forest Cove Nursing Home in Jackson, TN. His Funeral Services will be conducted Sunday, June 23, 2019 at 2 PM in the Lea and Simmons Funeral Home in Brownsville, TN. Burial will follow in Zion United Methodist Church Cemetery. A visitation will be Sunday, June 23, 2019, 1 PM to 2 PM in the Lea and Simmons Funeral Home. Lynn served his country in the United States Air Force. He was preceded in death by his parents, Oliver McFerron and Hazel Lynn Bennett Droke, two brothers, Harvey Gene Droke, Robert Dewayne Droke and four sisters: Frances Lee, Ida Laverne Haynes, Sue Ann Conrad and Wanda Droke.. He is survived by a son, Chris Droke, (Lori) Dyersburg, TN, a daughter, Amanda Droke, Bartlett, TN, a brother, Ray Droke (Tammye) Jackson, TN, two sisters, Illa Mae Matlock, Brownsville, TN, Kay Hill (Michael) Atoka, TN, two grandchildren, Kailey Droke and Alyssa Green. In lieu of flowers memorials by be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.
