Lonnie's Obituary Mr. Lonnie Lynn Landreth age 67 of Stanton went to be with his wife, Susan Elaine Moss Landreth. They were married for 42 years before she passed in 2015. He is also reunited with his granddaughter, his pride and joy Ashlynn Opal Elaine Young on Sunday, February 4, 2018. Mr. Landreth was born on August 2, 1950 to the late Leonard Landreth and Gracie Hinsley Landreth. He retired from Teknor Apex and served for the United States Army, a Vietnam Veteran. Mr. Landreth had a passion for flowers, the Oakland Raiders and the outdoors. He loved the Lord, his family, his dog Blackie and especially his grandson Luc. In addition to his parents, wife and granddaughter, he was preceded in death by three brothers Thomas Landreth, Danny Landreth and Lonnie Leslie Landreth and one sister Goldie Martinez. Survivors include his daughter, Angela Landreth McCuan (Scott) of Bells; sister Doris Landreth True of Mason; grandson Luc Preston Young of Stanton ; The many that called him grandpa: Hunter Scott Garner of Lexington; Hannah Celeste Searles of Bolivar; niece Jacqueline Newton Wallis ( Shane) of Cabot AR; niece Amanda Newton Earhart (Addison) of Kansas City MO; Brother in law and dear friend Wilson Moss of Somerville; Brother in Law and dear friend Raymond Moss of Mt Pleasant NC; Brother in law Joe Moss of Virginia Beach VA ;Sister in law Jean Moss of Brooklyn NY Serving as pallbearers will be Luc Young, Donald Elrod, Les Young, Jr., Mac McIntyre, Jeff McIntyre, Ed Moss, Addison Earhart and Shane Wallis Funeral Services for Mr. Landreth will be conducted Saturday, February 10, 2018 at 1:00 pm in the Sanctuary of the Stanton Baptist Church with Bro. William Reeves, officiating. Burial will follow in the Stanton Cemetery with Military Honors. The Landreth Family will receive friends on Saturday at the church from 11:00 am until the service hour.
