Lloyd's Obituary Mr. Lloyd "Charlie" Watkins, age 80, passed away Tuesday, December 29, 2009 in Regional Hospital of Jackson. He was preceded in death by his parents, Floyd Watkins and Annie Louvelle Sweat Watkins, and his wife, Bernice Watkins. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 PM, Thursday, December 31, 2009 in the Brownsville Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Eddie Martin officiating. Burial will follow in Brownsville Memorial Gardens. Mr. Watkins is survived by his brother: Kenneth Watson (Rose), Jackson, TN; one sister: Earnestine McDonald, Grand Rivers, KY; and several special nieces and nephews.
