Linda's Obituary Mrs. Linda Lou Briggs Beard, age 64, passed away Wednesday, January 6, 2010 in Methodist University Healthcare, Memphis, TN. She was preceded in death by her parents: Louie Edgar Briggs, Sr. and Hautie Fern Cornatzor Briggs; one brother: James Earl Briggs; and two sisters: Norma Jean McNalley and Ann McFarland. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 AM, Monday, January 11, 2010 in the Brownsville Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Don Dowdy officiating. Burial will follow in Brownsville Memorial Gardens. Mrs. Beard is survived by her husband: Robert Beard, Memphis, TN; three daughters: Tonya Castro (Henry) and Patricia Camarillo of Jonesboro, GA, and Jennifer Stewart, Memphis, TN; one brother: Louie Briggs, Jr., Memphis, TN; and six grandchildren.
