Linda Sue Barrett

Linda's Obituary Mrs. Linda Sue Barrett age 69 of Alamo, passed away on Friday, July 27, 2018 at her residence. She was born January 25, 1949 in Lauderdale County to the late William Houge and Willie Peregeon Houge. Mrs. Barrett was a member of Pentecostal Tabernacle Church in Alamo. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Barrett was preceded in death a son, Charlie Ray Barrett, Jr.; four brothers, James Houge, Vernon Houge Jerry Houge and Lester Houge, Sr.; two sisters, Joyce Dillon and Faye Hogue. Survivors include her husband Charlie Barrett, Sr.; three daughters, Angie Grimm (James) of Nunnsley, Jennifer Freeman (Michael) of Trenton and Laurianne Roberts of Alamo; and one brother, Joe Houge of Alamo. Other survivors include fourteen grandchildren and one great grandchild. Funeral Services for Mrs. Barrett will be conducted Wednesday, August 1, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of the Bells Funeral Home with Bro. William Harrell, officiating. Burial will follow in the Oakview Memorial Park Cemetery.
