Lemuel Marlar

Mr. James Lemuel Marlar, age 72, passed away Wednesday, February 15, 2017 at his home in Brownsville, TN. Funeral Services will be conducted Friday, February 17, 2017 at 1:00 P.M. in the Lea and Simmons Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Harmony Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday, February 16, 2017, from 5:00 – 7:00 P.M. in the Lea and Simmons Funeral Home. He was preceded in death by his parents: Lemuel Mansel Marlar and Vera Belle James Marlar, one brother: Paul Marlar and one sister: Imogene Marlar Young. He is survived by two sons: Warren Marlar and Lee Marlar, both of Brownsville, TN, two daughters: Kimberly Marlar, Memphis, TN, and Jamie Marlar, Brownsville, TN, two brothers: Billy Marlar, Somerville, TN and Harold Marlar, Brownsville, TN and nine grandchildren.
