Lavell Miller

Lavell Miller, age 57, devoted husband, father, brother, grandfather and friend, passed away on Monday, July 1, 2024, at his residence in Brownsville, TN.  Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, July 13, 2024, at 1:00 PM, at the St. James Church of God in Christ (COGIC) in Stanton, TN. Burial will follow at the Dancyville CME Church Cemetery. 

 Lavell was born on March 8, 1967, in Haywood County to Dave Miller, Jr. and Magnolia Murphy Miller. He worked for many years at Lasco Fittings in Brownsville. He was a devoted worker and took great pride in his occupation. He enjoyed sports and fishing. He loved his family and friends and will be greatly missed by them.

 He is survived by his wife, Jaqueline Miller; his son, Rozell Miller; his daughter, Sharell Miller, all of Brownsville, TN; six brothers, Jerome Miller, Roy Miller, Lazatha Murphy, James Miller, Dave Miller, and Thomas Miller and five grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Dave and Magnolia Miller, Jr; one brother, Willie Miller; two sisters, Bobby Ann Murphy and Mary Ann Miller. 

 All arrangements and services are under the direction of the Lea & Simmons Funeral Home in Brownsville, TN.
