Latonya Antoinette Shaw

Miss Latonya Antoinette Shaw, age 44 passed away on Friday, November 24, 2017 at the Mission Convalescent Home in Jackson, TN.

Funeral services will be conducted at 12:00 P.M., Saturday, December 2, 2017 at the St. John’s #2 Missionary Baptist Church. Burial to follow in the St. John’s #2 Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery.

She was preceded in death by her two grandfathers:  Prentis Hubert Thompson and Charlie (Jim) Shaw; two grandmothers:  Mary Lee Bond and Marie Chandler; Four Uncles:  Henry L. Thompson, MacArthur Shaw, David Shaw and James Akins.

Miss Shaw is survived by her parents:  O’Conner and Ernestine Thompson Shaw; two brothers:  Baron Demonte Shaw (Yvonne) of Jackson, TN and Kevin Denard Shaw (Anika) of Brownsville, TN; Ten Aunts, Eight Uncles, a special friend Carl (Pete) Randle, her step-grandmother Carolyn Thompson, step- grandfather Willie Haynes, a host of Nieces, Nephews, Great Aunts, Great Uncles and other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Lea and Simmons Funeral Home toward funeral expense.
