Mrs. Sharon Kay Barnes, age 67, passed away Tuesday, April 21, 2015 in the Methodist North Hospital in Memphis, TN. Funeral Services will be conducted at 2:00 P.M., Saturday, April 25, 2015 in the Lea & Simmons Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Brownsville Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Friday, April 24, 2015 from 5:00 -7:00 P.M. and Saturday, April 25, 2015 from 1:00 - 2:00 P.M. in the Lea & Simmons Funeral Home. Mrs. Barnes was preceded in death by her parents: William and Betsy Temple Withrow, two brothers: Don Withrow, Sonny Withrow and one sister: Joyce Withrow. She is survived by her husband: L.D. Barnes, Covington, TN, one son: Mark Ellis Barnes (Brandy), Dancyville, TN, one step-son: Leburn Barnes, Jr. (Teri), Memphis, TN, one daughter: Megan Kay Barnes, Covington, TN, one brother: Gary Withrow, Indianapolis, IN, six grandchildren: Tyler Cooper, Torie Barnes, John Barnes, Will Johnson, Lucas Johnson, Madison Johnson, three great grandchildren: Jamie Anthony, Jaylee Anthony, Billy Joe Martin.
