Mrs. Karen Cooke Henderson, age 63, passed away Monday, March 6, 2017 at her home in Brownsville, TN. Funeral Services will be conducted Wednesday, March 8, 2017 at 2:00 P.M. in the Lea and Simmons Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Brownsville Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be conducted Tuesday, March 7, 2017, 5:00 - 7:00 P.M. in the Lea and Simmons Funeral Home. Mrs. Henderson was preceded in death by her parents: H.C. and Marilyn Dowdy Cooke and one sister: Elaine Cooke. She is survived by her husband of 42 years: Danny Henderson, one son: Lawrence Henderson both of Brownsville, TN, one daughter: Julia Henderson Lynch (Ben) Martin, TN, one sister: Tracey Wilson (Hubert), Whiteville, TN, three grandchildren: Hana Kate, Anna Marie and Alaina Lynch. Memorials are requested to the charity of the donor’s choice.
