Julie's Obituary Mrs. Julie Shannon Dykes age 47 of Bells, TN passed away on Wednesday, February 15, 2017 at her residence. She was born in Shelby County, Tennessee on July 30, 1969 to Rodney M. Butler of Jackson and Charlotte Brummett of Three Way. In addition to her parents, Julie is survived by her husband, Phillip Dykes of Bells; two sons, Nathan Taylor and Owen Dykes both of Bells and a daughter, Hannah Taylor also of Bells. The Dykes family will receive friends at Bells Funeral Home on Friday, February 17, 2017 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. A private family graveside service will be held in Fairview Cemetery in Dyersburg.
