Judy's Obituary Mrs. Judy Carolyn Runions Swain age 60 of Dyersburg, passed away on Tuesday, August 28, 2018 at Jackson Madison County General Hospital. She was born on May 5, 1958 in Dyer County to Billie Booker Runions and the late Donald Runions, Jr. Survivors include her mother, Billie Runions of Dyersburg; one daughter, Jessica Mills of Dyersburg; two brothers, Timothy Runions and Donald Runions III both of Dyersburg; and one sister Deborah Alexander of Bartlett. Other survivors include two grandchildren, Zachary Ray and Hunter Shawver. Memorial Service for Mrs. Swain will be conducted on Friday, October 5, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Brownsville Funeral Home with Rev. Bower, officiating.
