Funeral Services for Mrs. Joline Joyner Williams, age 81, will be held Saturday, May 23, 2015 at 3:00 P.M. in the Union Grove United Methodist Church with Rev. Ronnie Peck officiating. Visitation will be from 1:00 - 3:00 P.M. before the service. Burial will follow in Providence Cemetery.
Mrs. Williams died May 21, 2015 at Jackson Madison County General Hospital. She was born April 5, 1934 in Haywood County, Tennessee, daughter of the late William C. and Eleanor Mann Joyner and was educated in the county schools. She was a member of the First Review Club, Union Grove United Methodist Church and exhibited her Christian faith by volunteering for many years at Birth Choice, Crestview Nursing Home and in the Haywood County School mentoring program. Joline was preceded in death by her husband: Jesse E. Williams, her brother: Bill Joyner, her son-in-law Addis Taylor, Jr. and one grandchild: Nathan David Williams. She leaves two sons: Jesse Patrick Williams and wife Joanne, David Williams and wife Kathy, both of Oakland, TN, a daughter: Donna Joline Taylor, Jackson, TN, sister: Sondra Marbury (Spike) Jackson, TN, grandchildren: Addis Lee Taylor III, (Jill) Brownsville, TN, Danielle Joline Taylor, Clarksville, TN, Jesse Martin (Jenny) Bartlett, TN, Christen Skinner (Tony) Cordova, TN, Amanda Williams, Sarah Bengle, both of Bartlett, TN and twelve great-grandchildren.
