Jo's Obituary Ms. Jo Ann Conner passed on Sunday, April 3, 2016 at Milan General Hospital. Jo Ann was born on May 9, 1936 to the late Stonewall Jackson Blakemore and wife, Maggie "Butler" Blakemore. She is survived by a son, Paul Riggs of Milan, TN; three Grandchildren and 4 Great Grandchildren. A Memorial Service to honor the life of Ms. Jo Ann Conner will be held at a later date.
