Jimmy's Obituary Jimmy Joe Moss, 68, passed away January 5, 2010 at St. Francis Hospital after suffering a massive heart attack at his Bartlett, TN home. Originally from Brownsville, TN, Mr. Moss lived in Tampa, FL for 4 years, then moved to Memphis, where he has lived for the past 47 years. Mr. Moss was a retired assistant Terminal Manager with Consolidated Freightways and co-owner of M&M Express. Mr. Moss was preceded in death by his parents, Joe and Josephine Moss, a great granddaughter, Erica Nicole Cathey, and a daughter-in-law, Susan Graves Moss. He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Joy Carr Moss; 2 sons: Jimmy Michael Moss of Cordova, TN and David Raphael Moss (Donna) of Memphis, TN; 3 daughters: Shirley Jean Pegg of Memphis, TN, Linda Loy Aiken (Steve), of Oakland, TN, and Natalie Diane Crawford (Wayne) of Ash Flat, AR. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Visitation will be from 1:30 PM until service time at 2:30 PM, Saturday, January 9, 2010 in the Brownsville Funeral Home Chapel in Brownsville, TN.
