Jerry's Obituary Jerry Dale Martin, age 55, a truck driver for FedEx, passed away Saturday, July 18, 2009 at Wythe Community Hospital, Wytheville, VA. He was preceded in death by his parents: James William Martin and Martha Jean Howard Sloan. Funeral services for Mr. Martin will be held Wednesday, July 22, 2009 at 2:00 P.M. in the Brownsville Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Eddie Martin officiating. Mr. Martin is survived by his wife: Vickie Martin, Brownsville, TN; a son: Jerry Dale Martin Jr., Brownsville, TN; a daughter: Sherry Dale East, Alamo, TN; a brother: James Terry Martin, (Cathey), Stanton, TN; six sisters: Shirley Kee (Norman), Stanton, TN, Patsy Dietrick, (Jake), Mercer, TN, Ruth Forsythe, (Raymond), Vickie Young, ( James), Marlene Pittman, and Margaret Brummett, (Buddy), all of Brownsville, TN; and five grandsons .
