Jerry's Obituary Mr. Jerry Warren Maddox, age 58, passed away Saturday, May 7, 2011 at his residence in Humboldt, TN. He was preceded in death by his parents: Bufford Maddox and Lucy Leola Johnson Maddox; and two brothers: David Jordan, and Bufford Maddox Jr. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Thursday, May 12, 2011, in the Brownsville-Bells Funeral Homes Chapel, Brownsville, TN with Bro. Mark Conway officiating. Burial will follow in Brownsville Memorial Gardens. He is survived by three daughters: Christy Maddox, Brownsville, TN, LeeAnn Maddox, Huron, TN, and Sandy Caraway, (Darrel), Red Cloud, NE; two brothers: Joe Jordan, Trenton, TN, and Oscar White,(Renee), Selmer, TN; one sister: Wanda Sweat, Dyer, TN; four grandchildren: Cameron Jordan, Taylor Brewer, Wade Caraway and Kasey Caraway.
