Jerry Leon's Obituary Mr. Jerry Leon Johnson age 60 of Union City, passed away Wednesday, July 12, 2017 in Jackson Madison County General Hospital. He was born June 25, 1957 in Altamont to the late Leon Johnson and Sarah Nunley Johnson. Mr. Johnson was a truck driver. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Sherry Johnson and a sister, Linda Johnson. Survivors include his son, Jeremy Johnson of Savannah; four daughters, Daphne Whitehead (Jamie) of Union City, Michelle Blakley of Dechard, Brandy Meeks (Kelly) of Monteagle and Dana Youngblood (Harold) of Altamont; brother, Delbert Johnson of Tracy City; two sisters, Brenda Griffin of Powell Crossroads and Carolyn Byers of Tracy City. Other survivors include sixteen grandchildren, Trevor, Olivia, Rider, Payton, Dallas, Sara, Jacop, Bradley, Noah, Benjamin, Alora, Colton, Parker, Justice, Donovan and Lily. A memorial service to celebrate the life of Mr. Jerry Leon Johnson will be held with family and friends at a later date.
