Jeffery's Obituary Mr. Jeffery Dean Carlisle age 56 of Gadsden passed away Sunday, March 5, 2017 at his residence. He was born April 22, 1960 in Marion County, Indiana to the late Lemmie Ray Carlisle and Rosella Darlene Gilvin Carlisle. Survivors include three sons, Robert Yell, John Carlisle and wife Monica and David Carlisle; two brothers, Larry Carlisle and Steve Carlisle; two sisters, Anita Porter and Anissa Dunkleburger. Other survivors include five grandchildren. Funeral services for Mr. Jeffery Dean Carlisle will be conducted Thursday, March 9, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. in the Sanctuary of Little Freedom Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery in Russellville, Kentucky. The Carlisle family will receive friends on Thursday at the church from 9:00 a.m. until the service hour.
