Jeffery's Obituary Jeffery Wayne Blaylock, age 51 of Bolivar, TN passed away on Friday, April 15, 2016 at the Bolivar General Hospital. He was born on November 12, 1964 in Ripley, TN to the late Luther Latham Blaylock and Doris Evelyn Childress Blaylock. In addition to his parents, Mr. Blaylock was preceded in death by his brother Mr. Eugene Blaylock. Mr. Blaylock is survived by his sister, Mabel Blaylock of Bolivar, TN.
