Jeannette Carter Mckinnon July 2, 1943 - November 21, 2011 Jennette Carter McKinnon, a resident of Prattville, Alabama, passed away suddenly on Monday, November 21, 2011. A memorial service was held on Sunday, November 27, 2011 at 2:00 P.M., in the Brownsville-Bells Funeral Homes Chapel, Bells, TN with Chris Watt,the Bells Church of Christ minister, officiating. Burial followed in Oak View Memorial Park, Bells, TN. Mrs. McKinnon was preceded in death by her parents: Willie Lee Carter and Eula Mae Smith Carter; two brothers: Jerry Carter, (Carol), and Danny Wayne Carter, (Margie). She is survived by her loving husband of 41 years: Bobby McKinnon, Prattville, AL; one son: Bobby McKinnon II of Berlin, Germany; one sister: Patricia Ann Williams, (Johnny Mac), Bells, TN; three grandchildren: Luca, Winona and Dylan McKinnon; and numerous extended family members and many friends. Jennette was a career Federal Civil Servant who had many friends and associates who will deeply miss her as will all who knew and loved her. Pallbearers for the service were: Roy McClain, Albert McKinnon, Kevin Edwards, Joey Edwards, Donnie Curtis, and David Walker.
