Janice Ferrell Leek

Mrs. Janice Ferrell Leek, age 56, passed away on Tuesday, August 11, 2020 at her home in Friendship, TN. Graveside Funeral Services will be conducted Wednesday, August 12, 2020 at 12 noon in the Brownsville Memorial Gardens. Mrs. Leek loved dancing, cooking, the outdoors, yard work and picking up pecans. She found great fulfillment in spending time with family and grandchildren. She is survived by her husband, Tommy Leek; a son, Thomas Smith, (Jacki); step-son, Chris Leek, (Amber) both of Bells, TN; daughter, Tina Booth, (Matt) of Alamo, TN; step-daughter, Lisa Eubanks, (Anthony)of Bells, TN; two brothers, Tommy Ferrell and Lloyd Ferrell; one sister, Sandy Case; three half-sisters, Christie King, Lloyanne Bishop, Sarah Elrod and step-sister Paula Brown. She leaves behind nine precious grandchildren, Lexi, Taylor, Brody, Marisa, Kaitlyn, Luke, Hannah, Liam and Addison. She was preceded in death by her father, Lloyd Thomas Ferrell and her mother, Mary Frances Duncan Hendrix; two brothers, Michael and Terry Ferrell and one sister, Bonnie Fuqua. In lieu of flowers, family has requested that donations be made to Lea and Simmons Funeral Home, 1280 S. Dupree Ave, Brownsville, TN 38012 toward funeral expenses.
