James Ray's Obituary Mr. James Ray Scott age 67, passed away Friday, March 10, 2017 in Dyersburg Regional Hospital. He was born in Bogota, TN to the late Finis J. Scott and Gladys Pearl Hastings Scott. Survivors include his son, Ronnie Scott of Dyersburg; daughter, Jeana Sanders of Missouri; brother, William "Ed" Scott of Unionville; two sisters, Gladys Jean White of Unionville and Doris Marie Hanks of Atwood.
