Mr. James Fletcher Baird, 74, passed away Friday, January 30, 2010 in Brownsville, Tennessee. Funeral Services will be conducted at 3:00 P.M. Wednesday, February 3, 2010 at Lea & Simmons Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Harmony Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be 5:00 - 8:00 PM, Tuesday, February 2, 2010 in the Lea & Simmons Funeral Home. Mr. Baird was a retired postal worker and full time air conditioning and heating service man with Quality Sheet Metal. Mr. Baird is preceded in death by his father: Frank L. Baird, Sr. and his mother: Maude Fletcher Baird; one sister: Bethina Rowlett; three brothers: Freeman Baird, Charles Baird and Frank Baird. He is survived by his wife: Anne Baird, Brownsville, TN; two sons: Stephen Baird (Lara), Maury City, TN; Phillip Baird (Christy), Brownsville, TN; a daughter: Heather Smith (Adam), Brownsville, TN; one brother: Lynn Baird, Memphis, TN; and seven grandchildren: Jimmy Lee Tucker, Joshua Baird, Dregan Baird, Dillon Baird, Dalton Baird, Lia and Karah Smith.
