J C's Obituary JC Clark, age 36, passed away peacefully at his home on Tuesday, July 12, 2011, after a long courageous battle with cancer. He was a 1996 Graduate of Mississippi State University, with a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture. He remained a dedicated Mississippi State Fan by attending annual games with his family and friends. He was employed by Crop Production Services in Brownsville, TN. His love for the Lord was evident to all that knew him. He traveled to Nicaragua on a mission trip and organized another mission trip that will take place in a few weeks. He supported the Emmaus Community by serving in various capacities during the years for many youth as well as adults. He served as the President of the Methodist Men's Club, he served as a Gideon, and an active member of Cypress United Methodist Church in Bells and loved his church family. JC loved sports and coaching his sons various sports teams. He was a competitor and loved teaching his sons along with the rest of their team, the fundamentals and watching with pride as they excelled. He served as the President for Crockett County Dixie Youth. JC also had a love for hunting and the outdoors, with his favorite being coon hunting. He enjoyed camping, "Going to the River," and attending Mississippi State Games. All of these hobbies included spending time with his family and friends. JC is survived by his loving wife, Cindy; two sons, Jacob and Logan, all of Frog Jump, TN; parents David and Debbie Clark of Bells, TN; Father-in-law and Mother-in-law, Billy and Janice Beaird of Frog Jump, TN. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, James and Blanche Clark and Claiborne and Vivian Jeter. Funeral services were Thursday, July 14, 2011 at 11:00 am at Cypress United Methodist Church in Bells, TN with burial following in the cemetery of the Cypress United Methodist Church, with Brownsville-Bells Funeral Home in charge of the services. Pallbearers were Daniel Riley, Jody Emerson, Adam Alley, Joey Williams, Gene Permenter, and Ricky Barnhill. The family has requested that in lieu of flowers, memorials be made to the JC Clark Scholarship Fund or Crockett County N.O.A.H.
