Hugh Barton Clinton

Mr. Hugh Barton Clinton, age 67 passed away Friday, May 12, 2017 at his home in Brownsville. Graveside Funeral Services will be conducted Saturday, May 20, 2017 at 10:00 A.M. in the Bond Cemetery in Brownsville. He was a member of Brownsville Baptist Church. Mr. Clinton was preceded in death by his wife, Gladys Katherine Clinton, his parents: Hugh B. and Sallie Bond Clinton and his brother: George Bond Clinton and sister-in-law: Cheryl Clinton Moses. He is survived by three nieces: Tracey Clinton Lea, Allison Clinton Ferrell (Troy) both of Brownsville, TN, Melanie Clinton Quinton (Nick) Tallahassee, FL, stepson: Jamie Cook, stepdaughter: Beverly Cook, great nieces and nephews: Blake Call, Taylor Call, Emma Lea, Joseph Lea, John Robert Quinton, Jackson Quinton, brothers and sisters-in-law: Ruby Chauvin, Marshall Evans, Gilbert Evans all of Brownsville, TN, Gloria Earnest, Thomas Evans, Jerry Evans all of Whiteville, TN and numerous other nieces, nephews and step-grandchildren.
