Huey's Obituary Mr. Huey Wayne Overton age 52, passed away Saturday October 17, 2015, at Jackson Madison County General Hospital. He was born May 4, 1962 in Jacksboro, Tennessee to the late Henry F. Overton and Dorothy Marsilles Overton. He is survived by one daughter, Barbara Miller of Caryville, Tennessee.
