Hollis' Obituary Mr. Hollis Theldon Morphis age 64 of Alamo, passed away Thursday, June 15, 2017 in Jackson Madison County General Hospital. He was born October 18, 1952 in Haywood County to the late Theldon Morphis and Evelyn Spitzer Morphis. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Mary Jane Raines. Survivors include his wife of forty-one years, Diane Butler Morphis; daughter, Tonya Leigh Morphis as well as two brothers, Russell Sipes of Brownsville and David Morphis of Jackson. Funeral services for Mr. Hollis Theldon Morphis will be conducted Sunday, June 18, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Bells Funeral Home with Minister Mike Glidewell officiating. Burial will follow in Cairo Cemetery. The Morphis family will receive friends on Sunday at the funeral home from Noon until the service hour.
