Helen Taylor Roberts

Mrs. Helen Taylor Roberts, age 82 passed away Thursday, June 2, 2016 in the Bay Medical Center in Florida. Funeral Services will be conducted at 11:00 A.M., Tuesday, June 7, 2016 in the First United Methodist Church, Brownsville, TN with burial to follow in the Trinity Cemetery, Nutbush, TN. Visitation will be Monday, June 6, 2016 from 5:30-7:30 P.M. in the First United Methodist Church. Mrs. Helen was a social worker for the Dept. of Human Services for 33 years then worked for Home Health Services for over 15 years. She was on the Foster Review Board, President of the U.M.W. and very active in her church and community. She was preceded in death by her parents: Louis Ferguson Taylor and Alpha Elizabeth Hicks Taylor and one brother: Bobby Gene Taylor. She is survived by her husband: Dale Roberts, one daughter: Lisa Roberts Voss and her friend, Phillip Knowles, one son: Mark T. Roberts, one son-in-law: Danny R. Voss, two grandchildren: Elizabeth (Beth) Ann Roberts, Jake Taylor Roberts and their mother: Becky Roberts, all of Brownsville, TN and numerous nieces and nephews that she loved dearly.
