Helen Marie Harris

Helen Marie Harris, age 50 of Jackson, passed away on Thursday, November 16, 2017 at the Jackson Madison County General Hospital.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Elder Neptellon Jackson.

Mrs. Harris is survived by her parents:  Mr. Tommy Lee Harris and Mrs. Ella Mae Somerville Harris; two daughters:  Jessica Harris of Memphis, TN and Catrina Davis of Clarksville, TN; one brother:  Tommy Lee Harris, Jr. (Lashonda) of York, AL; four sisters:  Kathrine Gray (Willie) of Memphis, TN, Fannie Douglass of Brownsville, TN, Sarah Kinney (James) of Memphis, TN and Lucy Savage of Jackson, TN; and seven grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted on Friday, November 24, 2017 at 11:00 A.M. at the Lea and Simmons Funeral Home, with Pastor James J. Carney officiating.  Burial will follow in the Knights of Pythias Cemetery located in Brownsville, TN.

Services are under the direction of Lea and Simmons Funeral Home.
