Heather Marie England transferred her residence to the Golden City in Glory on August 12, 2016. She was born precious and innocent on April 29, 1996 in Tulsa Ok. At 11 months of age she was welcomed into the home of her parents, Darrin and Ronda England and adopted officially in Memphis, April 4th, 1999. Heather was a snowflake – unique and one of a very rare and special group - It was an honor to be counted among her CH18 “peeps”. She was a Chromosome 18 affected girl and so very proud and privileged to be so. Her 18q- diagnosis ushered her into an exclusive society of loving and accepting family members and, through Heather, her parents and sister were welcomed too! Such joy the Chromosome 18 Registry and Research brought to Heather’s family. Her family instantly became larger and more wonderful!
A Celebration of her life will be conducted, August 16, 2016, at 2:00 PM in Christ Church of Brownsville. Burial will follow in Harmony Baptist Church Cemetery. The England family will be receiving family and friends, August 16, 2016, 12:00 to 2:00 PM in Christ Church of Brownsville before her Celebration Service.
Heather loved to sing and read. She loved all things purple, and legos, mylar balloons, her purple doll house and its contents, crafting with beads, coloring, bird watching, exploring nature and learning about all creatures, great and small.
She was an amazing hostess in her home and always welcomed guests as family, saying “Welcome Home” when they entered.
She loved the Lord Jesus with her whole heart and read the Word of God every day. She recited Psalm 23 every single morning because that was “her verse”, so said she.
She is irreplaceable and is missed here forever. She was preceded to Glory by her sister Mariah Gabrielle England (March 2, 2000) and identical twin brothers Gabriel Jedidiah England and Nathaniel Elijah England (April 21, 2003).
She awaits those left behind: her parents Darrin and Ronda England, big sister Bryanna “Breezy” England, big brother Owen Marshall Woody, Grandparents: Randolph M. Woody “Grandad”, Nyla Bryan Woody “Nana”, Anna Marie England “Mammaw”, Johnny Lee England “PaPaw”, Judy Cameron “Grandma Judy”, Ken Cameron “Grandpa Ken”, Great Uncle Jed Bryan, Great Aunt Pat Bryan, Uncle Daryl and Aunt Amy England, Cousins: Laura Bryan, Joel, Blair and Drew England, her biological parents, her best friends: LaQuita Brown, Abby Reed, Abby McFarland and Erin Stanifer, and all other family and friends, too numerous to list, but all well-loved!
The family requests memorials be made to the Chromosome 18 Registry and Research: https://donate.chromosome18.org
Heather would ask you to love the Lord Jesus with all your heart and to treasure the simple things because they matter.
