Harold's Obituary Mr. James Harold Raines age 83 of Bells, passed away Wednesday, February 7, 2018 in Dyersburg Health Care and Rehabilitation Center. He was born April 18, 1934 in Bells to the late Aubrey Orton Raines and May Ola Woodson Raines. Mr. Raines retired from the asphalt business and was a member of Bells First Christian Church. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Rosemary Pipkin Raines; two brothers, Marshall Raines and Merlin Raines as well as four sisters, Clara Raines, Virginia Raines, Pauline Campbell and Evelyn Cobb. Survivors include his daughter, Darlene Burks and husband Edward of Dyersburg; granddaughter, A.J. Bacigalupo of Dyersburg; brother, Melvin Raines of Memphis; two sisters, Marjorie Bolding of Bells and Mavis Hopper of MS. Graveside services for Mr. Raines will be conducted Friday, February 9, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at Belleview Cemetery with Sam Swanson officiating and burial to follow.
