Greta Garbo's Obituary Greta Garbo Dotson Lukenbill died Thursday, August 22, 2013, at the Bells Nursing and Rehab Center in Bells, TN. She was preceded in death by her husband, S. E. and son Sammuel Earl, her parents, Daniel Roy and Bertha Dotson, and eight siblings. She is survived by one brother, Bill Dotson, and several nieces and nephews. Greta was an avid seamstress, and sewed for the public for many years. She loved fishing, gospel music, and playing her keyboard.
