Georgia's Obituary Bells, TN - Bernice Hogan, loving wife, mother, and grandmother, passed away on Thursday, June 11, 2015. She was born in Crockett County August 9, 1933, to the late James Logan Hart and Fannie Ester Rinks Hart. Bernice retired as a lead person at PictSweet where she had worked for over 47 years. She enjoyed fishing, embroidery, her church and, most of all, taking care of her family and others. She attended Crossroads Church of Christ. Bernice is survived by her husband, Jack Hogan; children, Philip Foust (Jennie) of Bells, Rita Foust Webb (Billy Joe) of Bells, David Foust (Mary) of Medina, George Glen Foust (Phyllis), Winton, CA, Darrell Foust (Sidonna) of Alamo, Mike Hogan of Memphis and Donna Shirley of Orlando, FL; sisters, Mary Hart Alexander and Nettie Pearl Hart. Other survivors include 10 grandchildren, and 9 great grandchildren. Funeral services for Mrs. Georgia Bernice Hogan will be conducted Saturday June 13, 2015, at 11:00 am at Brownsville-Bells Funeral Homes, Bells Chapel with burial to follow in Walnut Hill Cemetery. Minister Charles Yawn will officiate the service. The Hogan family will receive friends on Saturday at the Bells Chapel from 10:00 am until the service hour. Serving as pallbearers are, Heath Foust, Michael David Foust, Logan Foust, Jared Foust, Nolan Porter and Lane Wicker. Honorary pallbearers are, Drew Foust, Kevin McCarter and Morwoto Mulyana. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be directed to St. Jude Children's Hospital or to the charity of the donor's choice, in memory of Bernice.
