George's Obituary George F. Harvey, 83, of Brownsville, TN, passed away Monday, March 3, 2014, Haywood Park Community Hospital in Brownsville. Mr. Harvey was a member of the Jackson Seventh Day Adventist Church in Jackson, TN, a retired salesman for Fluid Power of Memphis, and helped establish American Air Filter in Brownsville. Visitation will be 2:00 PM -3:00 PM, Friday, March 7, 2014, at Brownsville-Bells Funeral Homes in Brownsville. Services will be at 3:00 PM, Friday, March 7, 2014, in the Chapel of Brownsville-Bells Funeral Homes in Brownsville officiated by Pastor John Baker with interment to follow in Oakwood Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Chad Harvey, Shane Harvey, Thomas Harvey, Todd L. Harvey, John H. Warren, and Stephen F. Warren. Honorary pallbearers will be Dennis L. Harvey, Dale F. Harvey, Danny K. Harvey, and Carl Moody Warren. Survivors include his wife of 64 years, Joann; three sons, Lt. Col. Dennis L. (Martha) Harvey, Ret. of Mt. Juliet, TN, Dale F. Harvey of Mercer, TN, and Danny (Alyson) Harvey of Brownsville; a daughter, Julie (Carl Moody) Warren of Brownsville; a daughter-in-law, Peggy Harvey of Brownsville; eleven grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Pastor Frank W. and Mable B. Harvey; a son, Douglas E. Harvey; and three brothers, Frank W. Harvey, Jr., John C. Harvey, and Robert L Harvey.
