Genrose Spraggins Lovelace

Genrose's Obituary Mrs. Genrose Spraggins Piercey Lovelace age 91 of Brownsville, passed away Monday, September 3, 2018 at her residence. She was born on January 5, 1927 in Crockett County to the late Ransom Lyle Spraggins and Martha Laverne Sutton Spraggins. Mrs. Lovelace was a member of Westside Church of Christ. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Lovelace; one son, Michael Ray Piercey and two sisters, Martha Ann Sullivan and Lyle Christine Chapman; and one stepdaughter, Helen Ruth Wyatt. Survivors include one son, David Lyle Piercey and wife Kathy of Trenton; one daughter, Rosanne Davis and husband Mark of Brownsville, one daughter in law, Robbie Piercey of Brownsville. and two stepsons, Joe Lovelace of Texarkana, AR and Lynn Lovelace of Buchanan, TN. Other survivors include six grandchildren, Hollie Morton (Robbie), Wendy Piercey, David Piercey (Lisa), Heather Hope (Daniel), Andrew Piercey (Brook), Ben Davis (Erica) and eleven great grandchildren. Funeral Services for Mrs. Lovelace will be conducted on Thursday, September 6, 2018 in the Chapel of Brownsville Funeral Home with Bro. Jeff Horton, officiating. Burial will follow in the Brownsville Memorial Gardens. The Lovelace Family will receive friends on Thursday, September 6, 2018 at the Funeral Home from noon until the service hour.
