Freddy's Obituary Freddy Neal Fisher, age 85 passed away on Saturday, December 1, 2018 at the Jackson Madison County General Hospital. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, December 4, 2018 at 3:00 P.M. in the chapel of the Brownsville Funeral Home. Burial to follow in the Zion United Methodist Church Cemetery. A visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 4, 2018 from 2:00 P.M. until the service hour. He was retired from the Tennessee Department of Transportation and was a former business owner of Harvey’s Restaurant and Rack and Que Grill. He was preceded in death by his parents: Wilburn and Lamae Harrell Fisher; and three brothers: Wayne, Jimmy and Larry Fisher. He is survived by one son: Fred Fisher (Tammy) Coldwater, MS; two daughters: Kim Blackburn (Hank) Franklin, TN and Kaye Fisher-Leonard of Greensboro, NC; two sisters: Nancye West (Junior) Brownsville, TN and Billie Hughes of Memphis, TN; one sister in law: Melver Fisher of Lancon, IL; four grandchildren: Justin Perry, Madison Fisher, Jackson Leonard, Arley Fisher; and two great-grandchildren: Lane Perry and Isla Perry.
