Federico's Obituary Mr. Federico Ruiz age 51 of Bells, passed away Saturday, September 30, 2017 at his residence. He was born February 11, 1966 in Mexico to Martina Sotelo and the late Jesus Ruiz. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Maria Ruiz; two daughters, Vianey Yuridia Wooley and husband Dillon and Jacqueline Ruiz; six brothers, Jesus Ruiz, Jose Ruiz, Agustin Ruiz, Manuel Ruiz, Raul Ruiz and Sergio Ruiz; nine sisters, Jovita Ruiz, Oralia Ruiz, Margarita Ruiz, Celia Ruiz, Maria Ruiz, Soledad Ruiz, Consuelo Ruiz, Martina Ruiz and Niza Ruiz. Other survivors include a granddaughter, Nataly Jayleen Amador and an unborn grandson. Serving as pallbearers are Manuel Ruiz, Sergio Ruiz, Agustin Ruiz, Gonzalo Ruiz, Manuel Ruiz, Jr., Victor Lopez, Tomas Vazquez and Ricardo Calderon. Funeral services for Mr. Ruiz will be conducted Monday, October 2, 2017 at 4:00 p.m. in the Chapel of the Bells Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Oakview Memorial Park.
