Eugene Timms

Eugene's Obituary Elisha Eugene Timms, age 76, passed away on Sunday, January 17, 2016, at the Bailey Park Community Living Center located in Humboldt, TN. He was born on August 3, 1939 in Haywood County, TN, to the late Orbie Lee Timms and Bartheny Philips Timms. He was a corrections officer for Dyer County Sheriffs Department. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one son, Thomas Timms. Survivors are his son: William Timms and his wife Toni of Corinth, MS; his daughter-in- law, Rebecca Timms and a special friend, Bootsie Vanstory. He leaves a legacy of five grandchildren: Brian, Eric and Kimberly Timms, Randy Strickland and Shelanna Cliff; two great-grandchildren: Alanna Kara and Ariella Raelynn Cliff and a host of friends. Funeral services for Mr. Timms will be conducted on Wednesday, January 20, 2016, at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of Bells Funeral Home with Bro. Phillip Lovelace officiating. Burial will follow in Robertson Cemetery, Crockett County, TN. The Timms family will receive friends at Bells Funeral Home from 11:00 AM until the service hour at 2:00 PM. Read More Read Less
