Elvis Paul's Obituary Mr. Elvis Paul Proctor, Jr. age 70 of Brownsville, formerly of Lauderdale County, passed away Friday, May 12, 2017 in St. Francis Hospital in Bartlett. He was born January 16, 1947 in Brownsville to the late Elvis Paul Proctor, Sr. and Molly Prescott Proctor. Mr. Proctor served our country in the United States Air Force. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Sandra Proctor. Survivors include his wife of thirty-two years, Maggie Overton Proctor of Brownsville; son, Elvis Paul Proctor, III of Brownsville; brother, Sonny Proctor of Missouri; sisters, Mary Fortner of Missouri, Margaret Smith of Washington, Betty Fields of Oklahoma and Wanda Robbins of California. Other survivors include three grandchildren, Kaye Lynne Proctor, Elvis Paul Proctor, IV and Damon Proctor. A memorial service to celebrate the life of Mr. Elvis Paul Proctor, Jr. will be conducted Saturday, May 20, 2017 in the Chapel of the Brownsville Funeral Home with Richard Shaw officiating.
