Elsie's Obituary Mrs. Elsie Louise Leek, age 90, formally of Brownsville, died Saturday April 18, 2015 at her home in Humboldt following a two month illness. Mrs. Leek enjoyed cooking, gardening, playing Bingo, refinishing furniture, and spending time with her family. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Leek, was preceded in death by her husband, Herbert Luther Leek; her brothers, Bobby Burse, Buddy Burse, William Burse, Prentice Graves; her sisters, Linda Cross, Dorothy Kail; and one grandchild, Sean Leek. Mrs. Leek is survived by two sons, Dwight A. Leek and Faye, Thomasville, Georgia, Michael Wayne Leek, Ripley, Tennessee, one daughter, Brenda K. Mainord and husband Ted, Brownsville, Tennessee; four sisters, Sharon Burse, Judy Chilcutt, Joyce Howse, Hazel Moss; seven grandchildren, Bryan Leek, Stephanie Mullen, Misty Howell, Shannon Leek, Rena' Crabb, Dina Plaxico and Terry Mainord.
