Elizabeth Evans

Elizabeth "Liz" Annie Evans, age 57, went home to be with her Jesus on Thursday, September, 29, 2011, in the Jackson Madison County General Hospital. Funeral Services will be held, Sunday, October 2, 2011 in the Allen Baptist Church at 2:30 PM. A visitation for the Evans family will begin at 1:30 PM and go until service time at 2:30. Liz was retired from the United States Army and a faithful member of Allen Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by her brother, Michael Evans. She is survived by her parents: Paul Evans and Catherine Neubauer Evans, her daughter; Becky Hood-Kieldgaard (Terry), and a brother; David Evans (Jennifer). In lieu of flowers the family request memorials be made to Relay for Life, c/o Lisa Lewis, First South Bank, 308 West Main St., Brownsville, Tennessee 38012.
