Elizabeth Marcom Duffey

Mrs. Elizabeth Marcom Duffey, age 93 passed away Saturday, May 21, 2016 at her home in Brownsville, TN. Funeral Services will be conducted Tuesday, May 24, 2016 at 11:00 A.M. in the Lea and Simmons Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Brownsville Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Tuesday, May 24, 2016, from 10:00 -11:00 A.M. in the Lea and Simmons Funeral Home. Mrs. Elizabeth was a Sunday School teacher for many years and loved her church. She was preceded in death by her husband: Walter Marvin Duffey, her parents: Rube and Ester White Marcom, two brothers: Sam Marcom, Jimmy Marcom, four sisters: Artie Cain, Kathleen Garrett, Willie May Vandever, Lelia Maud Sellari, Janie Faur. She is survived by two sons: Walter Lynn Duffey and Steven Lee Duffey both of Brownsville, TN, one brother: Charles Marcom (Ruth) Medon, TN, one sister: Evelyn Eubanks, Brownsville, TN and a niece: Marian Thomas, Brownsville, TN, and several other nieces and nephews.
