Elisabeth "Bo" Windrow Pope November 18, 1928 - May 12, 2012 Mrs. Elisabeth "Bo" Kinney Windrow Pope died in her sleep on Saturday, May 12, 2012. Bo was preceded in death by her parents: Charles Roy Kinney and Emma Barbee Douglass Kinney; a sister: Dorothy Kinney Smith; and her husband: Paul Moody Windrow. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Thursday, May 17, 2012, under the direction of the Brownsville-Bells Funeral Homes, in the First Presbyterian Church, 109 College St. W, Brownsville, TN, with Dr. John Larson officiating. Burial will follow in Oakwood Cemetery, Brownsville, TN. She attended Wesleyan College in Macon, Georgia and Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN. Proficient at piano and the accordion, Bo was a member of the Wednesday Morning Musicale as well as the 5th Review Club. Bo was an avid reader, she loved working with her flowers and she also loved entertaining her family and friends. She worked at the Haywood County Department of Human Services for twenty years. Bo is survived by her husband: William David Pope Jr; her children: John Luther Windrow III, Honolulu, HI, Nancy Brown Windrow, Bristol, TN and Dorothy Douglass Windrow, Raleigh, NC; his children: William David Pope III, (Emily), Houston, TX, and Elizabeth Tinsley, (Sammy), Mercer, TN; one grandchild: Maddalena Douglass DeBeni.
