Edna Mable Williams May 8, 1923 - January 22, 2012 Edna Mabel Williams, age 88, passed away Sunday, January 22, 2012 in Maplewood Health Care Center, Jackson, TN. She was preceded in death by her parents: Joe Patterson Barden and Mattie Wilson Barden; W. L. Williams; five brothers: Alvin Barden, Frank Barden, Joe Barden, Johnny Barden, and Earl Barden; and two sisters: Jeanette Barden, and Pearl Barden. Funeral Services will be conducted, Wednesday, January 25 , 2012 at 11:00 A.M. in Brownsville-Bells Funeral Homes Chapel, Brownsville, Tennessee with Bro. Ron Davidson and Bro. Tim McPherson officiating. Burial will follow in Brownsville Memorial Gardens. Mrs. Williams is survived by five daughters: Frances, (John) Kuykendall, Kenton, TN, Liz, (Glen) Towater, Alpharetta, GA, Lanette, (Bobby) Pratt, Brownsville, TN, Brenda, (Bill) Weaver, Knoxville, TN, and Susan, (John) Floyd, Hixon, TN; two sisters: Gertie Brasfield, Jackson, TN and Martha Anne , (Dexter) Tankersley, Jackson, TN; a sister-in-law: Bertie Barden; ten grandchildren; and nineteen great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held in the Brownsville-Bells Funeral Homes Chapel, Brownsville, TN, Tuesday, January 24, 2012 from 5:30 -7:30 PM.
