Edith Cryer

Mrs. Edith Marie Cryer, age 96 passed away at her home, Thursday, February 28, 2013 in Brownsville, TN. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, March 2, 2013 at 1:00 PM in the Lea & Simmons Funeral Home Chapel with burial will follow in the Springhill United Methodist Church Cemetery. Visitation for the Cryer family will be Saturday, March 2, 2013, 11 AM - 1:00 PM in the Lea & Simmons Funeral Home. Mrs. Cryer was preceded in death by her husband: John E. Cryer, her parents: John and Fronia Page Pruitt, six brothers and one sister. She is survived by one son: J.L. "Buddy" Cryer, two daughters: Nellie Richardson (Clayton) and Caroline Cryer all of Brownsville, TN, nine grandchildren: Don Richardson, Lynn Richardson, Rose Lafrain (Dillon), Gina Austin, Tracey Cryer (Angie), Vickie Emerson (Gary), Linda Sullivan, Tammy Campbell and J.L. Cryer, Jr., twenty one great -grandchildren and fourteen great-great-grandchildren. Memorials may be made to the Charity of the Donor's Choice.
