Eddie's Obituary
Mr. Eddie Franklin Warren age 78 of Brownsville, passed away Saturday, July 30, 2016 in Crestview Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center.
He was born September 18, 1937 in Stanton, to the late Elmer Wayne Warren and Myrtle Winston Tinsley Warren. He retired from the City of Brownsville after also working many years at the Kleer-Vu.
He was honored to have served our country in the Tennessee Army National Guard
Mr. Warren was a member of Hillville Coon Hunting Association. He was a gifted gunsmith, as well as a collector of coins, knifes, and guns. He was the caretaker of Tallifero Cemetery for many years. He often spoke about his wife being the love of his life.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Edward Warren and Elmer Lee Warren.
Survivors include his wife, Imogene Young Warren of Whiteville; one son, Terry Wayne Warren ( Audrey “A.J”) of Waverly; daughters, Lynn Warren Boswell of Waverly and Lisa Rene Warren of Brownsville; one step-son, Tony Curtis Edmonds (Janet) of Whiteville; three step-daughters, Pamela Courtney-Macon ( Jason) of Humboldt, Debbie Freels (Greg) of Whiteville, and Laverne King (Jimmy) of Whiteville. Other survivors include twenty grandchildren and twenty-two great grandchildren.
Mr. Warren’s visitation and funeral service will be private.
