Eara Spitzer Gilliam

Mrs. Eara Spitzer Gilliam, age 94, passed away Saturday, November 11, 2017 in Crestview Healthcare Center. She knows unimaginable joy and freedom and she is rejoicing. Jesus, and all she ever loved and millions in Heaven welcomed their good and faithful servant. She was a founding member of Calvary Baptist Church. Funeral Services will be conducted Tuesday, November 14, 2017 at 11:30 A.M. in the Calvary Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Brownsville Memorial Gardens. A visitation will be Tuesday, November 14, 2017, 10:00 - 11:30 A.M. in Calvary Baptist Church. Mrs. Gilliam was preceded in death by her husband: Richard Truman Gilliam, Sr., her parents: Charlie Steven and Mollie Russell Spitzer, six brothers: Morris Spitzer, Charlie Spitzer, Lawson Spitzer, Floyd Spitzer, Andy Spitzer and Laudell Spitzer, five sisters: Ora Fulbright, Evelyn Morphis, Virgie Overton, Annie Butler and Lillie Hampton. She is survived by her son: Richard Truman Gilliam, Jr., Brownsville, TN, three daughters: Linda Gilliam Rhodes, Brownsville, TN, Kaye Gilliam McKinnie (Thomas), Paris, TN, Pat Gilliam Worrell (Jimmy), Brownsville, TN, four grandchildren: Jennifer Hayes (Marty), Leslie Baynes (Jamie), Jimbo Worrell (Leslie), Holland McKinnie and ten great-grandchildren: Jacob Hayes, Alex Hayes and his fiancé, Morgan Marlar, Hannah Baynes, Holly Hayes Hollman (Russell), Hayden Baynes, Ethan Baynes, Hallie Grace McKinnie, Tucker Worrell, Emily Baynes and Olivia Worrell.
