Doris' Obituary Doris "Gammie" Taylor, age 89, passed away April 5, 2011 at Jackson Madison County General Hospital. She was born April 9, 1921 and would have celebrated her 90th birthday on Saturday. She was preceded in death by her husband: Algie Taylor; her parents: Eugene and Hessie Bickerstaff; sisters: Florence Altom, Gertie Ellington, Lorine Moore; brother, Harris Bickerstaff; daughter in law, Joan Taylor. She is survived by her son: Roy Taylor (Joan); daughter: Joan Redmond (Jimmy); brother: Nelson Bickerstaff (Edna); grandchildren: Amanda Taylor, Richard Redmond, Jeff Taylor, (Teresa), Vickie Branch, (Greg); great-grandchildren: Haley Eskew, (Adam); Abbey and Austin Taylor, Taylor Branch.
