Deborah's Obituary Deborah Ward age 56, passed away on November 23, 2015 at her residence. She was born on October 30, 1959 to the late Jerry Wayne Hart and wife, Annie Mae Hardin Hart. Deborah is survived by a son, Jason Ward (Ashley) of Jackson, TN and a daughter, Ashley Ward of Jackson, TN; a brother, Jerry Hart of Medina, TN and three sisters, Donna McGrath of Jackson, TN, Tracy Utley of Nashville, TN and Elaine West of Jackson, TN and three grandchildren, Kane, Abel and Bailey.
